If you are looking for some outside activities to do with the kids around the Pittsboro / Siler City area, we have three options;
Pony Pals – Kids’ Lesson Program*
This program is for children ages 3 – 7 years of age.
When there are enough students, we are willing to divide the classes into tighter age groups, 3-5 year olds and 5-7 year olds for example.
Pony School – Kids’ Lesson Program*
This program is for children ages 8 – 10 years of age.
Custom Small Private Groups for Children / Pre-Teens
Are you looking for something for the kids to do? We can schedule an educational session for your small group, once or regularly.
- Youth Homeschool or Playdate / Mom’s Groups
- Family Reunion or Vacation “Try It” / One-Time Kids’ Activity
- Boy Scout / Girl Scout Horse Badges OR 4H Youth Horse Project Books
- Birthday Party Celebration or Gift Activity / “Try It” One-Time Kids’ Activity

At this time, our second instructor is moving, so we are down to one instructor.
As kids go back to school in the coming days/weeks, we’re also trying to figure out what age groups are typically available at what times.
If you find some inconsistencies between class descriptions on the website and the actual class sign-up descriptions, go by the sign-up descriptions.
If you have a “Pony School”-aged kiddo but can’t find an open class, they are welcome to attend a “Pony Pals” class. The Pony Pals classes are less structured (they don’t have a binder / don’t get worksheets), but the practice/exposure time, especially for beginners, is still valuable.

Our farm is off Hwy 64, halfway between Siler City and Pittsboro, North Carolina. We offer safe and education-centered horsemanship programs for kids.
